  • Tickets are available in fixed groups of 2,3 or 4 persons. If your household is of a differing size, please speak to the Box Office and we will do our upmost to accommodate your household, depending on ticket availability.
  • Tickets are seated together and are distanced from other groups with rows taken out and gaps in between your party.
  • We cannot guarantee where you will be situated in the auditorium. This is due to the way we need to manage seating arrangements within the reduced capacity for social distancing.
  • Yes we do. Please inform us when booking if there are any wheelchairs in your party.
  • 70-90 minutes, There will be no interval.
  • Refreshments will need to be ordered before the event day. This will ensure a quicker, safer and cashless service. Pre Order forms will be posted out to you with your tickets.
  • The bar will not be open on the evening of the show. Please ensure you pre-order and pay for your drinks prior to the day of the show. Email us at princeofwales@ihlmail.org for a copy of the pre-order form.
  • Currently out of service, complimentary Taxi service will be available for anyone who requires Disability friendly access to the building.

Please Note: The taxi firm will have their own Covid- friendly guidelines which you will have to follow under their instruction.

  • During your visit to the theatre, face coverings are to be worn. If you are exempt from wearing a face covering, we would please ask that you wear an exemption lanyard. The other exception is if you are eating or drinking.
  • One-way system in and out of the building and to and from the toilets.
  • Hand sanitiser and hand washing facilities available when entering the building and during your visit.
  • Signage to remind everyone to maintain social distancing and stay within your bubble and designated seated area.
  • Reduced capacity in the auditorium and within the bathrooms to help everyone maintain social distancing

Please be aware: whilst the capacity in the auditorium has been greatly reduced, you may need to pass someone to take your seat. Please mitigate any risk by keeping your mask on and turning away as you pass.

Please do not attend the venue if you:

  • believe you may be infected with COVID-19
  • have experienced symptoms in the 14 days prior to the event
  • have been in close proximity to anyone who has experienced symptoms in the 14 days prior to the event
  • have arrived in England in the 14 days prior to the event and are not covered by the exemption rules relating to self-isolation; or
  • have been instructed to self-isolate.
  • Any individual who considers themselves to be clinically extremely vulnerable or who is in the same household or support bubble as someone who considers themselves to be clinically extremely vulnerable is advised not to attend.
